Mescolare e aggiungere le olive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Versare mezzo bicchiere d'acqua (si pu\u00f2 sbriciolare mezzo dado vegetale), salare e pepare.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coprite la padella e lasciate cuocere a fuoco lento per una decina di minuti. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aggiungere i filetti di pesce, coprire e cuocere a fuoco lento per altri 15-20 minuti senza girare il pesce nella salsa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quando il pesce \u00e8 cotto, cospargere il piatto con il prezzemolo tritato.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per una presentazione pi\u00f9 gastronomica, \u00e8 possibile frullare la salsa o ridurla in purea in una moulinette (le olive devono essere precedentemente rimosse) fino a ottenere una salsa omogenea.
