Aggiungere le spezie e soffriggere brevemente. Aggiungere le lenticchie, le patate dolci e i pomodori e deglassare con il brodo. Portare a ebollizione, quindi ridurre la fiamma e cuocere a fuoco lento per circa 20 minuti, finch\u00e9 le lenticchie non saranno morbide. Ridurre leggermente in purea la zuppa con un frullatore a mano (facoltativo). Aggiungere il latte di cocco e insaporire con sale e pepe.
