Faire revenir les cubes de tofu de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s pendant env. 6-8 minutes jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils soient croustillants, assaisonner, r\u00e9server. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans la m\u00eame po\u00eale, faire revenir l'oignon et l'ail dans un peu d'huile pendant 2 minutes jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils deviennent transparents. Ajouter les tomates YOOM, faire revenir bri\u00e8vement. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter les \u00e9pinards et la p\u00e2te de curry, m\u00e9langer. Mouiller avec le lait de coco et le bouillon, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et laisser mijoter 5 minutes \u00e0 feu doux. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter \u00e0 nouveau le tofu, laisser chauffer et rectifier l'assaisonnement.
