Remuez et ajoutez les olives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Versez un demi-verre d'eau (vous pouvez \u00e9mietter un demi-cube de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes), salez et poivrez.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couvrez la casserole et laissez mijoter pendant une dizaine de minutes. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez les filets de poisson et laissez mijoter \u00e0 couvert pendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires, sans retourner le poisson dans la sauce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lorsque le poisson est cuit, saupoudrez le plat de persil plat hach\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour une pr\u00e9sentation plus gastronomique, vous pouvez mixer la sauce ou la r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e dans une moulinette (les olives doivent \u00eatre retir\u00e9es au pr\u00e9alable) jusqu'\u00e0 obtenir une sauce lisse.
