Faire tremper la g\u00e9latine dans de l'eau froide. Chauffer la cr\u00e8me, ajouter le basilic et laisser mijoter \u00e0 feu doux pendant environ 5 minutes. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mixer finement le tout et passer au tamis. Ajouter la g\u00e9latine essor\u00e9e, la dissoudre en remuant et assaisonner de sel et de poivre. Enduire d'huile les petits moules \u00e0 portions et y verser la cr\u00e8me au basilic. Mettre au frais pendant au moins 3 heures (de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pendant la nuit).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blanchir les asperges pendant environ 6 minutes dans une grande po\u00eale \u00e0 frire dans de l'eau sal\u00e9e et les r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laver les tomates Artegusto, les s\u00e9cher et les couper en huit. Peler l'oignon rouge et le couper en petits d\u00e9s. Couper les fraises en petits d\u00e9s. Faire fondre le sucre roux \u00e0 feu doux dans une po\u00eale, d\u00e9glacer avec le vinaigre balsamique, ajouter les d\u00e9s d'oignon et laisser mijoter pendant environ 6 minutes. Incorporer les tomates Artegusto et laisser mijoter pendant environ 3 minutes. Ajouter ensuite les fraises coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s et assaisonner avec du sel et du poivre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour finir, renverser la panna cotta au basilic sur une assiette (si n\u00e9cessaire, plonger bri\u00e8vement les moules dans l'eau chaude) et r\u00e9partir les asperges, le relish et les myrtilles \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur.
