Les passer d'abord dans la farine de noix de coco, puis dans l'\u0153uf et enfin dans les flocons de noix de coco. Faire frire dans l'Airfryer \u00e0 160 degr\u00e9s pendant environ 14 minutes. (Alternativement, cuire au four \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s pendant environ 20 minutes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire cuire les tomates marin\u00e9es Artegusto sur le gril ou au four \u00e0 200 degr\u00e9s pendant environ 10 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enrouler le lard en forme de rose et le faire revenir bri\u00e8vement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9poser la burrata sur une assiette et disposer les tomates Artegusto ti\u00e8des, le lard et les tranches d'avocat.
