Couper les tomates Artegusto en huit, les faire mariner avec de l'huile d'olive, du sel, du poivre et un peu de romarin. Faire cuire sur le gril pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 ou au four \u00e0 200 degr\u00e9s pendant environ 10 minutes et laisser refroidir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Battre le lait, l'huile d'olive et les \u0153ufs \u00e0 l'aide d'un fouet pour obtenir une masse mousseuse. Ajouter le sel, le poivre et l'origan. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9langer la farine et la poudre \u00e0 lever et les incorporer jusqu'\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne. Ajouter le gruy\u00e8re et bien m\u00e9langer. Ajouter les olives, la feta et les tomates et m\u00e9langer soigneusement. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assaisonner \u00e0 volont\u00e9 avec du sel, du poivre, du romarin et du persil plat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180 \u00b0C (chaleur de vo\u00fbte et de sole). Tapisser le moule de papier sulfuris\u00e9, y verser la p\u00e2te et faire cuire pendant environ 45 minutes. Vers la fin, le cake peut \u00eatre recouvert d'une feuille d'aluminium pour \u00e9viter qu'il ne devienne trop sombre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire un test avec les baguettes. Retirer le cake. Laisser refroidir pendant env. 10 minutes.
